Application of power amplifier in non-destructive testing of pear hardness based on acoustic and vibration response method
Name of Experiment: application of power amplifier in non-destructive testing of pear hardness based on acoustic and vibration response method
Research Direction:nondestructive testing
Experiment Contents:In this study, a detection device was built for signal excitation and sensing by piezoelectric beam sensor. The stability of the device signal detection was analyzed, and the resonance frequency and sound speed of fragrant pear were extracted and the hardness of fragrant pear was evaluated. Then, linear regression analysis was conducted between the hardness of the two response parameters and the measurement results of M-T puncture method (Magness-Taylor) of pear hardness to build a hardness detection model of pear.
Experiment Objective:the difference of internal quality of fragrant pear was detected by nondestructive testing
Experiment Equipment: fragrant pear, test bench, piezoelectric beam sensor, ATA-2041 power amplifier, vibration control and dynamic signal acquisition analyzer, computer, etc.
