Application of ATA-2022H dual channel power amplifier in acoustooptic drive test
Name of experiment:construction of acoustic and photoelectric stimulation platform for experimental mice
Research direction:the sympathetic parasympathetic nerve regulates blood pressure
Experiment content:
A single chip microcomputer was used to trigger and output random pulse stimulation sequence at a time interval, which was amplified to the specified voltage amplitude by a power amplifier to realize the acoustic, optical and electrical stimulation of experimental mice and induce hypertension.
Purpose of experiment:
Test the power amplifier's ability of amplifying and fidelity to electrical stimulation signal, observe whether it can reach the required electrical stimulation intensity, and whether it can drive the acoustic and optical stimulation equipment
Test equipment:single chip microcomputer(STM32F407ZGT6), signal generator, ATA-2022H power amplifier, electric mouse cage
Experimental process:
A random sequence of time interval is generated by a single chip microcomputer to trigger two signal generators to output a fixed DC pulse for a time. The pulse signal is amplified to a specified voltage value by a power amplifier. As shown in the figure below, output by the power amplifier, channel 1 is the generation of electrical stimulation in the platform, and channel 2 is the driving of acoustic and optical stimulation in the platform.
Result of experiment:
The amplifier successfully outputs the pulse signal, meeting the required time interval, pulse width and voltage requirements. Experimental mice showed significant response to electrical stimulation and acousto-optic stimulation, with jitter or jump when the stimulation occurred. The interval of stimulation was shown in the figure below, and there were defensive behaviors such as sticking to the wall, crouching and bending etc.
