Application of power amplifier in visualization experiment of sound field of efficient acoustic Fresnel lens
Research direction:study on sound pressure gain at focal point of efficient Fresnel lens in water
Content of experiment:
1. Measurement of transmission efficiency and sound pressure gain at focus of an ordinary Fresnel lens without rear grid structure.
2. Measurement of transmission efficiency and sound pressure gain at focus of an ordinary Fresnel lens with rear grid structure.
Purpose of experiment:
Verify the transmission efficiency and the sound pressure gain at the focal point of the designed Fresnel lens, and compare with ordinary Fresnel lens.
Test equipment:
Schlieren imaging system: power amplifier (ATA-122D,Aigtek), laser (532 nm, DPGL-2150F, Photop, China), enhanced charge-coupled device (iCCD), camera (iStar DH734-18U-03, Andor, UK), ultrasonic transducer (DYG-1M, Dayu Electric, China), signal generator (AFG3021, Tektronix).
Experimental process:
1. Build the schlieren imaging system
2. Pour water into a tank
3. The efficient Fresnel lens and ordinary Fresnel lens are respectively attached to the transducer for imaging experiments, and the experimental results are obtained and analyzed.
Result of experiment:
Schlieren imaging results of efficient Fresnel lens and ordinary Fresnel lens.
The role of the amplifier in this experiment:drives the ultrasonic transducer, matches the circuits and amplifies the output power.
