Experimental Equipment:signal generator, power amplifier ATA-4052, transducer, amplitude transformer
Experimental Principle:according to the ultrasonic module designed for the existing polyurethane microhole array punching device, the ultrasonic assisted punching experiment of polyurethane microhole array was carried out to summarize the optimization effect of ultrasonic vibration and verify its general optimization law.
Experiment Process:
1. The composition of the ultrasonic module
The ultrasonic module mainly includes four parts: signal generator, which can realize accurate frequency regulation and output signal amplitude of 0 V~5 V. Power amplifier, compensates the output voltage of signal generator, amplifies the output signal accurately and adjusts the magnification times manually, so as to meet different processing needs. Transducer, converts ultrasonic power output signal into mechanical oscillation signal.Amplitude transformer,amplifies the transducer output amplitude to meet machining requirements.

Experiment Result:
(1)The vibration waveform of punch front is consistent with the output waveform of ultrasonic power supply, which is simple harmonic shape

(2)A power amplifier was used to adjust the amplitude of the ultrasonic power supply signal to 50V, 75V, 100V, 125V and 150V, and the amplitude of the ultrasonic module was measured. The measurement results are shown in Figure 4.15. With the increase of the output signal amplitude, the amplitude increases linearly. In subsequent tests, different amplitudes will be obtained by adjusting the signal amplitude to meet the corresponding processing requirements.
